Please submit your article online. Electronic submission substantially reduces the editorial processing and reviewing times and shortens overall publication times. Please click “Manuscript submission” on the specific journal’s page. The link “Submit Paper” leads you directly to the submission system used by that journal.
Submit your research to “Avicenna Journals” to take advantage of:
Rapid peer review
Our insistence on fast and thorough peer review enables us to process manuscripts quickly; we aim to reach initial decisions within 4 weeks.
Publication immediately on acceptance
All articles are published and receive their final citation details on the day they are accepted. Fully copy-edited and formatted versions of the article replace the accepted manuscript within 4 weeks.
All articles published in “Advancements in Science” are open access (freely available on the journal website, with the copyright retained by the author). To cover the cost of open access publishing we levy an article-processing charge.
Please go to the homepage of the journal you have chosen for your publication. To access the journal page, please choose from the alphabetical list, or enter the journal’s title in the “Avicenna Journals” (ajournals.com) search box, or select the discipline and then “Journals”.
“Avicenna Journals” accepts electronic supplementary material (animations, movies, audio, large original data, etc.) which will be published in the online version only. This feature can add dimension to the article, as certain information cannot be printed or is more convenient in electronic form.
Open access articles (Open Choice articles or fully open access journals) do not require you to transfer the copyright; the copyright remains with the authors. By opting for Open Choice, you agree to publish your article under the Creative Commons Attribution License.
For most of our journals the corresponding author can track the article online. Article Tracking will guide you through the six stages from the moment your article has been accepted until it is published. Every step is described and will let you know whether action is required. Please log in to your personal account to start tracking your articles. When action from your side is required, this will also be announced by e-mail.

All articles published in “Avicenna Journals” are open access, which means they are freely and universally accessible online, and permanently archived in an internationally recognized open access repository, such as Google scholar.
As the cost of peer reviewing, editing, publishing, maintaining and archiving articles is not recouped through subscription charges, a standard article-processing charge (APC) is levied on all articles that are accepted for publication. The APC is a flat charge, and no additional costs are incurred, for example, by the inclusion of color figures. The current APC for “Avicenna Journals” is $80.
“Avicenna Journals” is a new journal publisher and publication fees are fully waived (free of charge) for papers submitted before 15 June 2017.
Benefits of open access
“Avicenna Journals” is published online only. If you wish to print out a copy of an article, we recommend you select the PDF version of the article online. PDFs of all articles have been formatted in a way that is ideal for printing, so, if you prefer, articles don’t have to be read on screen.
